The MCDC Youth Team is StarFire PROS' competitive performance team — developing the next generation of elite dancers and cheerleaders through discipline, artistry, and championship-level training.

Built for Champions
MCDC Youth Team members receive elite coaching from Maya Hayes and the StarFire PROS staff — the same coaches who have helped place more than 25 athletes into NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB organizations. This is where future pros are developed.
MCDC students in Mississippi and Texas have earned more than 60 college scholarships, creating opportunities for academic and athletic success at the next level.
MCDC has also received celebrity appearance requests from country music star Keith Walker and the Women Thou Art Loose Comedy Tour, while gaining national recognition for honoring legendary Tuskegee Airman Lt. Calvin Spann. The organization has been featured in Back-to-School campaigns and on the cover of Frisco Magazine.
MCDC's impact and leadership have been endorsed by the Mayors of Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and Allen, further solidifying its reputation as one of the region's premier youth development and sports organizations.
