Summer Camp Policy

StarFire PROS summer intensives are available May through August each year. All camps must be scheduled directly by the team Director or Head Teacher via email, phone call, or online application. Phone inquiries will receive a formal application by email. Once a session is confirmed and committed to, it is considered a binding agreement between your organization and StarFire PROS.

Should your organization need to cancel a scheduled camp, written notice must be submitted no less than 30 days prior to the first scheduled date of camp. Cancellations received within 30 days of the camp start date are subject to an immediate early termination fee equal to half (50%) of the total camp cost based on all registered team members in attendance. This fee is non-negotiable and must be paid immediately upon cancellation.

All camp fees are due in full and are non-refundable under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made for illness, scheduling conflicts, weather, or any other reason. Early termination fees and all outstanding balances must be paid immediately via Zelle to [email protected] or in person directly to the StarFire PROS team leader. Failure to remit payment does not release your organization from financial obligation.

All custom music edits, music creations, and choreography produced by StarFire PROS for your team are the exclusive intellectual property of StarFire PROS. In the event of a cancellation, all music and choreography created for your team will be permanently deleted from all recordings, videos, and digital files. Your organization forfeits all rights to any creative work produced under the cancelled agreement.
